1. Tổng quát:
Trừ khi có chỉ định khác, các bộ phận thiết bị nào được vận hành với nhiệt độ khác nhiệt độ môi trường, phải có lớp cách nhiệt theo nội dung quy định của phần yêu cầu kỹ thuật này.
Việc chuẩn bị các bề mặt thiết bị và thi công các vật liệu lớp cách nhiệt phải do thợ lành nghề, có kinh nghiệm thực hiện.
Sử dụng các vật liệu cách nhiệt và phương thức lắp đặt như sau, trừ khi thị trường có sẵn vật liệu tương đương hoặc tốt hơn.
Vật liệu được giao nhận ở công trường trong tình trạng khô ráo và phải được bảo quản ở khu vực khô ráo đến khi sử dụng.
2. Vật liệu cách nhiệt:
Bọt xốp polyolefin liên kết hóa học có cấu trúc ô kín hoặc vật liệu tương đương.
3. Đặc tính kỹ thuật:
Polyolefin: bọt xốp polyolefin dạng ô kín có liên kết hóa học (XLPE) được gia công lớp keo và được gia cố bằng lớp màng nhôm tăng cứng tại nhà máy.

Storage life
Can be stored for 24 months (12 months with PSA*) from manufacturing date in a dry, clean, dust free room at normal humidity and ambient temperature

All outdoor applications of Aerofoam ® XLPE need to be protected by Aerofoam ® approved coating or weather resistant cladding.
It is recommended to use Aerofoam ® XLPE N Clad for all outdoor applicantions
